3. I also discuss the students’ motivation problem in game-based learning with him.
4. A mixed approach may also be considered, e.g., firstly divide the students into, say, motivated  and non-motivated groups (by administering a questionnaire) …

1. Studying factors instead of teachers’ difficulties ….
- students’ motivation problems (as it may not be the “direct” difficulties that teachers encounter);
- factors in affecting the teaching design (e.g., paring up a gamer and not gamer);
- the focus should be placed on classroom (teaching and learning) level, not the school adoption level;
- add-on strategies that are suitable for integrating the pedagogical innovation (VISOLE) into curriculum teaching;
- popular young-generation language (teachers don’t know this kind of language, add this in to the enablement training).

2. Making use of the data collected in the competition.
- selecting the participants;
- analyzing the interviews and observations, and see whether there were some add-on strategies proposed by the teachers.

3. (External) Generalization (陳向明)
- Tenet 1. Don’t care. QL is for discovering, and proposing problems. The more in-deep, the more difficult to generalize. The focus is 價值觀, not 普遍性.
- Tenet 2. Generate the resonance between the authors and readers (所研究的現象是有一定的普遍性的). The key is “thick description” — the readers should be given opportunity to understand the things deeply thru’ reading the thesis.
- Tenet 3. Theoretical generalization thru’ the grounded theory (Vs. population generalization). Why selecting these 2 teachers, why geography, why VISOLE and Farmtasia, and why reseaching and anlyzing in this way … everything needs grouds and evidance.  理論裡的知識是存在的，但不一定有普遍性. For example, studying why some staff in the faculty of education at cuhk are not positive towards cupide, we might not able to use the result to explain the happenings among to the staff using cupide in faculty of education at hku nor othe people using other cupide-like system …

1. (Closely) related work (done by others in recently years), and delineate what stuff is planned to do in the current research (what i intend to do in the history of this research area).
2. A conclusion of the proposal.
3. The video materials in Kurtin research can only be treated as “frequency counts” (suggested by Prof. Wong NY).
